As a current parent or 8th grade student you are now receiving our Clovis West Instrumental Music Weekly notes. This is a weekly email sent to all instrumental music families to keep you updated and informed on the goings on of the Clovis West Instrumental Music Program. Disneyland Trip June 10

Disneyland statements have been emailed today. If you still have a balance please get that to us ASAP. We will be sending out more trip details soon but the itinerary is the same as we have printed on the trip form.

Chocolate Bar Fundraiser Still Active!

There are still multiple chocolate bar boxes available to check out and sell! Each box can be sold for $60 ($1 per chocolate bar). For each box sold, $15 will be allocated toward trip credit. This is a great way to build trip credit for Disneyland trip payments or upcoming travel in the 2023-2024 school year.

Marching Band Summer Rehearsals & Events

We are eagerly looking forward to our Fall 2023 Marching Band Season. In preparation for the upcoming year, we are asking all marching band participants to attend summer rehearsals. Attendance is expected from everyone! If you cannot attend a rehearsal, please inform a director or your section staff members as soon as possible!

Wednesday 7/5 - Friday 7/7: Summer Band Camp 2 (9am-1pm)
