Arrive @ Buchanan (Alta Sierra side) - 4:30pm
Unload & get ready for warmup - 4:30 - 5:30pm
Warm-up Starts - 5:45pm
Full Ensemble Warm-up - 6:55pm
Finish warmup/Get ready to leave - 7:20pm
Push to Gate - 7:25pm
At the Gate - 7:35pm
Perform - 7:47pm
Push back to truck & load - 8pm
Can leave once we are packed and loaded - between 8:30-8:45pm
*Anyone helping push the pit into the performance, please arrive to out warmup spot no later than 7:15
