12:45 Students can be signed out with Klarissa at the east parking lot.

11:00 AM - Arrive at Clovis East and change into uniform/get ready for warm-up
12:30 Warm-up begins
2:15 Parents/helpers please arrive who will be pushing
2:25 - Warm-up ends
2:30 - Push to the gate
2:40 - Set at the gate
2:52 PM - PERFORM!!
3:02 PM - Push back to the band room and pack/change
4:00 - 4:15 PM - If everything is taken care off, students will be released
