Clovis Children’s Electric Parade
Report time for students is 4pm at Clovis West. We will be bussing the students to the parade and back. We are entry 1 in division II, so plan accordingly if you are trying to attend. Students can be picked up at CW at approximately 8:45pm. If you want to pick up your student after we perform, you must have a Post Event From already filled out and meet us immediately after the performance. There will not be time for your student to change, so they must bring their uniform bag to change at home.
Tickets for the Clovis West Instrumental Music Holiday Concert "Sounds of the Season" on Saturday, December 11th at 7:00pm at Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall are now on sale!
This is an exciting concert of holiday favorites performed by our Clovis West Instrumental Music Ensembles: Concert/Symphonic Band, Percussion, String, and Chamber Orchestra, and Wind Symphony. Don't forget about our amazing dessert auction taking place in the lobby before and during the concert. You won't want to miss it!
All tickets for the concert will be sold on the Charms Online Store. Instructions for accessing the Charms Online Store are available by clicking here. The best seats sell very quickly and this concert is always close to selling out. Get your tickets now!
Please read the following regarding our ticketing process:
1. Just like buying tickets for any concert or event, all seating is reserved and you will choose the section of the concert hall you would like to sit in. A seating chart and pictures of the view from each section are available in the online store.
2. Pricing varies depending on the section. To the sides and back are $10. Center seats are $15.
3. The 34 seats of Row N, the first row of the upper level with a fully unobstructed view of the stage, are $25 each.
4. Tickets for CW Instrumental Music Alumni and current CW Area 5th-8th Grade Instrumental Music Students are just $5. These seats will be grouped with other members of their party purchased on the same order. Single tickets will be placed in any available seat in the Concert Hall. Only the student/alumni receives the discount. All others in the party must purchase General Reserved Tickets.
5. Wheelchair seating is available in Row M. All members of the party with the wheelchair should purchase their tickets with this option.
All ticket orders are held at the ticket table the night of the concert under the name of the person or student account that purchased the tickets.

Sounds of the Season Auction
As in previous years, we are holding a silent auction in the lobby of the PAC prior to and during our Sounds of the Season concert. We are asking all SECTIONS to provide a dessert, and we will have signups for additional auction item donations on charms soon. This year we are also accepting donations of any other items that may fetch a healthy auction price. Please consider donating an auction item, or ask vendors or others to do the same using the attached sounds of the season sponsorship letter. Every item that sells helps support our students!
Giving Tuesday!
November 30th was Giving Tuesday, and it’s not too late to make a contribution! A donation to CW Instrumental Music this Giving Tuesday will help ensure that our young performers continue to receive a life-changing experience through the performing arts!
