Donations - Student In Program - One Time Donation

The Clovis West Instrumental Music Program depends on the gracious donations of our supporters to fund the many amazing experiences provided for our students every year. Donations are optional and not required for participation in our program. We appreciate your contribution!

To make a one-time donation, please follow these simple steps to login into Charms Office Assistant: 

1. In your web browser, navigate to: 
https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/plogin.asp

2. Enter our school code: cwaim

3. Enter your unique student account password (or CUSD ID number if this is your first login) in the area marked ‘Student Area Password’. If you don’t know your login, you will be given an option to reset your password. Charms will require that you change your password to something other than your CUSD ID number. If you continue to have issues logging in, please let Mr. Chesi know: bryanchesi@cusd.com

4. From the Charms Student Area, click on ‘Finances’.

5. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous Ledger at the bottom and click on ‘Make Miscellaneous Payment’

6. Enter the amount you would like to donate and a description of the donation [i.e. General, Band, Colorguard, Orchestra or Percussion Donation]. Click ‘Start Payment’. You will now be directed to PayPal. 

7. You have the option to login with your PayPal account or Pay with a credit or debit card. Complete the requested payment information and click ‘Continue’. 

8. You are then redirected back to Charms where you can confirm the transaction by clicking the green ‘Complete Payment’ button. 

9. Once you have completed the payment, the transaction will automatically show up under the Miscellaneous Ledger. 

10. At some point after the transaction has been made (usually a couple of days), a matching pledge will appear under your Miscellaneous Ledger. This is not a cancelation of your donation, but is a necessary step to balance our books.
